The Life Coaching Session

Coaching works in 3 ways:

How long is the coaching session?

Each coaching session is 45 minutes long, unless otherwise agreed.

How many sessions will I need?

This is completely dependent of the area that you are being coached in. To get best value and see maximum results I would recommend between 8 – 12 sessions, if however the goal is smaller and can be achieved faster then 4 sessions may be more appropriate.

How often do I need to be coached?

This goes hand in hand with how many sessions are required. To gain maximum results coaching works best on a regular basis as it allows for momentum to be kept up. Therefore a recommendation of being coached weekly or fortnightly would be beneficial.

What happens next?

Call or email to arrange a time for you to have an ‘introductory chat’ which will allow you to discuss any points you may wish further clarification on. To agree to coaching is a big step and the coaching process will bring along changes in your life so before you commit to coaching and all that it entails get in touch and discuss it further before making the commitment.
